Colours of Friendship
My days were so plain
Without fun and colour
Till you came along
And said a friendly hello.
The hello changed
A hell to a heaven
That is so beautiful
And inexpressible.
To my life
You brought
Colours and shades
Of joys and sorrows
Giving a meaning
A beauty
That I was blind to
And didn’t know of.
The bliss of true friendship
So often ignored
And lost by people
But I shall keep this colour
Till my life fades away.
